The SLXD2+/N8C is a digital wireless handheld transmitter featuring the Nexadyne™ 8/C cardioid dynamic capsule, engineered for high output and exceptional rejection of electromagnetic interference. It combines Nexadyne's performance-focused dynamic design with the wide-tuning, remotely managed SLX-D+ wireless platform.
Nexadyne™ 8/C Capsule
The Nexadyne 8/C cardioid dynamic capsule employs Shure's Retyne™ dynamic transducer technology for a tight, focused polar pattern and strong rejection of background noise and RF-induced buzz common in demanding live environments.
24-Bit Digital Audio
Transparent 24-bit digital audio with over 118 dB dynamic range preserves the full vocal detail and natural character of the Nexadyne capsule across the wireless link.
Wide-Tuning RF & Automatic Setup
A 138 MHz tuning range and Automatic Setup maintain a resilient connection between the transmitter and its paired receiver, supporting up to 14 simultaneous systems in a single RF environment.
ShowLink® Ease & AES-256 Security
ShowLink® Ease enables over-the-air frequency, gain, and power adjustments from the linked receiver. AES-256 encryption is built in and active from the moment the unit ships.
Battery
Up to 8 hours of runtime from 2 AA batteries or the optional Shure SB903 Li-ion rechargeable battery, in a rugged metal-bodied construction suited for intensive stage use.
