Opiniones sobre Muziker de Trustpilot

Muy recomendable. Buenos precios y tiempo de entrega. Tuvimos un error con el envío pero el servicio de atención al cliente Postventa lo resolvió de manera satisfactoria.

Very easy order experience, a lot of good recommendations, best staff !

I was able to order records I cannot purchase from my local shops. Shipping was suprisingly fast.

The Muziker experience was great - easy to find stuff, easy checkout and payment. The only downside was the courier service took *forever* to deliver the parcel once Muziker had shipped it.

Paiement Paypal , commande rapide et notification sur le nom de l'entreprise de livraison avec option assurance sur la livraison. Emballage carton conforme. Réception rapide.

Fast shipping, good customer service!

My products arrived with damage due to transportation, i.e One of the boxes looked like a forklift had gone right through it. The customer service for Musiker were very helpful and guided me through the process of returning the goods and replied quickly to all of my emails. I wanted a replacement but due to a lack of stock they simply refunded my money no questions asked. I'm tempted to mark them down purely for using that transport company but I myself have had to use them many times at my work and understand it's not always easy, particularly when shipping internationally. Damage sometimes happens. All things considered I had a friendly and honest experience with Musiker and would order from them again.

Fast delivery to a very good price👍

Shipping costs are much lower than in the case of Thomann.

Great experience! Cheap product and fast delivery! Thanks!

The goods arrive fast and in top condition.

It came really fast for coming from far only took like a week

Pretty quick delivery considering the distance. Fair price. Good packaging.

nice company

Nice colours, my son what’s very happy with it. Nice sound and a quick delivery.

No problems at all!

Thursday 31-01-2023, after a nine days journey I received an oversized plastic bag with 3 little tubes in their dented boxes (by several re-packings, most of the original box was disappeared). Despite the risk I tested them and they surprisingly work and do their job in a Vox Combo Amp. All's well that ends well Kind regards
