The S550 is built around a newly engineered dynamic driver developed for a balanced, engaging presentation without losing the speed and clarity that define Grado's sound. Detachable Cables and Interchangeable Cushions

Grado's detachable cable system improves flexibility and longevity and makes it easy to replace the cable or choose a different termination or length. The lightweight cable reduces memory and adds comfort during long sessions. The S550 ships with Grado's B cushions, and it is also compatible with S, F, L and G cushions, each of which subtly changes comfort, presentation and spatial character.
