Hoobastank is an American rock band formed in 1994 in Agoura Hills, California by Doug Robb, Dan Estrin, Chris Hesse, and Markku Lappalainen. Starting out as a Talking Heads cover band, they later signed with Island Records and released six albums and an EP, including hits like "The Reason." Their latest album, Push Pull, came out in 2018. Hoobastank has sold over 10 million albums worldwide.
