Jisoo, born January 3, 1995, is a South Korean singer and actress best known as a member of the chart-topping girl group Blackpink. Since debuting with Blackpink under YG Entertainment in 2016, she has gained international fame both in music and acting. In 2021 she took on her first leading role in the television series Snowdrop. Jisoo’s solo debut in 2023 with the album Me broke sales records for female soloists in South Korea, led by the global hit single Flower. After launching her own label Blissoo, she released the EP Amortage and achieved her first number one on the US Billboard World Digital Songs chart with the single Earthquake. Jisoo has received several major awards and is recognized as the most-followed Korean actress on Instagram. She is also a global ambassador for Dior.
