ONE OK ROCK is a Japanese rock band formed in 2005, known for blending alternative rock, emo, post-hardcore, and pop punk. The current lineup features vocalist Takahiro Moriuchi, guitarist Toru Yamashita, bassist Ryota Kohama, and drummer Tomoya Kanki. Former members include drummer Yu Koyanagi and guitarist Alex Reimon Onizawa. Gaining international recognition with their 2012 hit single "The Beginning," the band has built a global following and regularly releases albums in both Japanese-English and full English versions. Their notable albums include "35xxxv," which marked their debut on US Billboard charts, "Ambitions," and "Luxury Disease." Over the years, their sound has ranged from arena rock to electronic and modern pop influences. Previously managed by Amuse, ONE OK ROCK established their own agency, 10969 Inc, in 2021 and are signed to Fueled by Ramen for US releases. They have received accolades such as the Classic Rock Roll of Honour Award for Eastern Breakthrough and Rock Sound’s Best International Band and Best Live Performance, highlighting their impact both in Japan and internationally.
