PRS Archon 50

All-tube combo amplifier for electric guitar from Archon series that offers lush distortion and singing clean channel tones in a 50 watt package (switchable to 25 watts via the back panel). This wattage results in a more classically driven tone because it breaks up at lower volume. The amplifier features Treble, Middle, and Bass controls and a Bright switch for each channel. There is also a Master Volume control and global Depth and Presence for added control. Its two 6L6 power tubes offer plenty of versatility and warmer, more balanced tone across the full range of frequencies. They will also push with less saturation for a bit of a sweeter, smoother tone. The amplifier is further equipped with six JJ12AX7 preamp tubes and a 12" Celestion G12-75T speaker (16 Ohm). Its rear panel offers an FX loop, fused power inlet, two parallel extension speaker jacks and ohm switch (4, 8, 16). Cabinet of the amplifier is made of birch plywood with stealth covering, grill cloth and silver piping. A 2-button footswitch (Lead/Clean, FX Loop On/Off) is included. Dimensions: 546 x 267 x 432 mm.
