Gretsch G9300 New Yorker Standard

A-style mandolin from Gretsch Roots Collection series that is styled after the 1950s classic New Yorker model and offers a full-bodied tone, smooth playing performance and eye-stopping beauty. It features a solid spruce top with tone bar bracing and aged white binding, and laminated mahogany sides and back. Vintage “U”-shaped mahogany neck with vintage semi-gloss finish is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays and 20 frets (12 to body). Scale length is 352 mm, width of a Delrin nut fret is 26.5 mm. Other features include a rosewood bridge with vintage “clamshell” tailpiece, 1950’s Gretsch headstock with hex truss rod nut, Grover Sta-tite die-cast tuners, 2-ply tortoiseshell pickguard and D’Addario J73 Phosphor Bronze Light strings (gauge: .010-.038). 2-Color Sunburst colour design.
