Mudhoney is a rock band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1988 after Green River ended. The group includes Mark Arm on vocals and rhythm guitar, Steve Turner on lead guitar, Guy Maddison on bass, and Dan Peters on drums. Early work like "Touch Me I'm Sick" and the Superfuzz Bigmuff EP on Sub Pop played a key role in shaping the grunge sound. Though never highly commercial, Mudhoney has released eleven studio albums and is known for its lasting influence on grunge and alternative rock.
