Unfortunately, the product I bought was faulty. These things do happen, but Muziker did everything they could to help: They managed the return claim quickly and efficiently. I will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a PC keyboard from them. I received my package with holes (holes!!!). There was no bubble wrap or any other kind of protection inside, so the keyboard's box was visibly damaged (there was almost a hole in it). Enough that the resell value would drop. The keyboard is fine as far as I can tell. Muziker was pretty reactive in ordering a pick up from my house (easy for me, a good point), but nobody came. They only came the day after, when I was out. Now I either bite the bullet or wait (this'll be 7 days since the original pick up day). I decided whatever, it's become more of a waste of time for me at this point. The biggest gripe I have is not putting bubble wrap or even just paper inside the package. Who knows how this happened, maybe it's not their fault that the package was mishandled, but it's totally their fault for not protecting it adequately. Edit: 3 stars because they reimbursed me 10€ (original price was 80€), which is fair.

Was op zoek naar een tent en wat opviel was de hoeveelheid informatie en foto's. Nette prijs dus de bestelling geplaatst. Kreeg meteen reactie per mail dat alles akkoord was en de volgende dag was de bestelling al onderweg. Topbedrijf en zeer betrouwbaar. Aanrader

Alting gik virkelig fint og de kører stramme priser i forhold til mange andre. Personligt vil jeg ikke tøve med at bestille der igen.

I bought a guitar about one year ago, I was my first guitar and first purchasing online...Since I did not know anything about guitars I played it during a year...and then a string brokes...I went to a luthier for fixing it and he told me that the guitar was defective...I contacted with Lea (Muziker client service), and she solved everything. I got a full refund of my purchase (they offered me both the refund or getting a new guitar...I chosed the refund). They even paid to send the guitar back to their store. So, I TOTALLY RECOMEND MUZIKER for buying any instrument!!!.

Checked Trust Pilot before I ordered, and was little nervous, because of some of the reviews. However my experience was great. Good communication, quick delivery. No hitches.
