Trustworthy and good to fellow the process.

Bought a helmet for someone in size S, the helmet was a little too small, when I tried to send it back, the price of the shipping return was as much as 75% of the price of the helmet. That is ridiculous!!! And it was 5 times more than the price of the shipping that I paid when I ordered.

My order was changed, because one item was not available and that caused a bit of a prpblem with the delivery date, but after writing an email, the problem was sorted really quickly and the response was good. If not for the fact, that I had to write first to get the process started, I would have gave you 5 stars, because everything else, especially the team that answers emails were quick to answer and helped alot

Difficult to return items. It's expensive to send these back all the way to Slovakia. The helmets only had one year of use left. That's a lot of money for such a short time.
