The Drums is an indie pop project from New York City, started by Jonathan Pierce and Jacob Graham under the name Goat Explosion. After later including Adam Kessler and Connor Hanwick, the group gained recognition for their catchy melodies and nostalgic sound. Since 2016, The Drums has continued as the solo project of Jonathan Pierce.
