The BEHRITONE C5A and C50A active full-range studio monitors provide you with the ability to hear what your mixes will sound like in real-world playback systems, such as car stereos, computers, televisions, iPods and similar playback devices. Each 6.5" enclosure houses a dedicated 30-Watt Class-D amplifier and a custom-designed 5 1/4" full-range speaker for crystal-clear sound. Both models feature balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs, as well as an unbalanced RCA input, and are magnetically shielded to prevent interference with your computer monitor.

True Beauty Lies Within

BEHRITONE speakers are our homage to a defunct company and their legendary 5C speakers, which literally shook the music industry in the 70s and 80s. The original versions were housed in small, vinyl-clad particle board cubes that recording engineers quickly came to love. The C50A is finished in a high-gloss piano lacquer, while the C5A is housed in a classic wood grain laminate, so the monitors will fit perfectly in any studio. Both models are housed in precision-milled, high-rigidity MDF enclosures for extremely low resonance. A neoprene pad is included for superior acoustic isolation when speakers are placed on a desktop. Enclosures can also be mounted on mic stands via built-in 5/8" adapters.
