Information on personal data processing

I am over 16 years old and I hereby grant my free and voluntary consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter 'the GDPR'), to the data controller MUZIKER, a.s., Drieňová 1/H, 821 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, ID number: 35840773 to the processing of my personal data containing my name, surname, email address, telephone number and/or preferences of products for the purpose of marketing activities. The consent can be withdrawn at any time electronically or in writing, the consent is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of its provision. Personal data will be provided to third parties, the list of which is available in the section below. As the data subject, I hereby declare and confirm that I have read all the information listed in the Privacy Policy section and the wording of Articles 12 to 23 of the GDPR. I find the information provided clear and I understand its content.
