Redd Kross is a rock band from Hawthorne, California, formed in 1978 by brothers Jeff and Steve McDonald when they were still teenagers. Originally known as the Tourists, the group began in the punk scene and played their first show opening for Black Flag. Over the years, Redd Kross has released eight albums and three EPs, building a reputation for blending punk energy with pop sensibilities.
