Bought a PC keyboard from them. I received my package with holes (holes!!!). There was no bubble wrap or any other kind of protection inside, so the keyboard's box was visibly damaged (there was almost a hole in it). Enough that the resell value would drop. The keyboard is fine as far as I can tell. Muziker was pretty reactive in ordering a pick up from my house (easy for me, a good point), but nobody came. They only came the day after, when I was out. Now I either bite the bullet or wait (this'll be 7 days since the original pick up day). I decided whatever, it's become more of a waste of time for me at this point. The biggest gripe I have is not putting bubble wrap or even just paper inside the package. Who knows how this happened, maybe it's not their fault that the package was mishandled, but it's totally their fault for not protecting it adequately. Edit: 3 stars because they reimbursed me 10€ (original price was 80€), which is fair.

Was op zoek naar een tent en wat opviel was de hoeveelheid informatie en foto's. Nette prijs dus de bestelling geplaatst. Kreeg meteen reactie per mail dat alles akkoord was en de volgende dag was de bestelling al onderweg. Topbedrijf en zeer betrouwbaar. Aanrader

Alting gik virkelig fint og de kører stramme priser i forhold til mange andre. Personligt vil jeg ikke tøve med at bestille der igen.

I bought a guitar about one year ago, I was my first guitar and first purchasing online...Since I did not know anything about guitars I played it during a year...and then a string brokes...I went to a luthier for fixing it and he told me that the guitar was defective...I contacted with Lea (Muziker client service), and she solved everything. I got a full refund of my purchase (they offered me both the refund or getting a new guitar...I chosed the refund). They even paid to send the guitar back to their store. So, I TOTALLY RECOMEND MUZIKER for buying any instrument!!!.

Checked Trust Pilot before I ordered, and was little nervous, because of some of the reviews. However my experience was great. Good communication, quick delivery. No hitches.

Betrouwbaar bedrijf. Ik had online een gitaar gekocht, helaas bleek deze achteraf niet meer leverbaar, maar dat was nog niet bijgewerkt op de website. Ach dat kan een keer gebeuren. De klantenservice heeft mij prima geholpen en keurig en snel het betaalde bedrag terugbetaald. Het is veilig en betrouwbaar om een aankoop te doen.

Excellent support! Bought a Røde product, and some damage was done to the shipping (not their fault). Eventhough, whey went the extra mile and sent me the additional replacement parts as soon as possible. Love this kind of support. Would recommend this shop to people.

De line 6 stomp xl was hier maar liefst zeventig euro goedkoper dan bij de bekendere concurrenten in NL en Dui, en de reviews waren overwegend positief, dus de gok maar genomen. Op 2e kerstdag besteld en de week erop in huis net transparante zending door GLS. Is prima gegaan en ik zou er zo weer iets bestellen. Geen contact nodig gehad met klantenservice dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen.

J'étais un peu dubitatif au début de commander en Slovaquie étant de France mais j'ai été très satisfait de mon experience d'achat. Juste un léger pb: Je n'avais pas reçu de mails pour mon achat (dû à un bug) et j'ai contacté le SAV. Le SAV m'a rapidement envoyé un mail avec la facture ainsi que le tracking de mon colis. Donc SAV très efficace. J'ai reçu mon colis assez rapidement et sans casse. En plus de ça j'ai l'impression que les prix chez Muziker sont assez attractifs (j'ai payé 129 euros pour une guitare électrique Sx). Donc je recommande Muziker.

Produit reçu a la date prévu, conforme a ma commande dans sont emballage d'origine. Je recommande. Merci.

Super pris og fin levering

Bought 2 guitars from muziker Michael kelly 1953 carmel burst in august and a michael kelly 1953 db partial eclispe november i havent opened the 1953 db yet as it is for christmas. The 1953 carmel burst is the best guitar i have ever played it is way way under priced it is better than my 5 italias and my mexian tele. Muziker were great to deal with BEST PRICE GREAT FREE FAST DELIVERY had within 5 days,i am currently saving for a mk custom patriot and i will look no further than muziker. thanks again muziker team and happy christmas

the new artikel was delivered at exact the predicted day. You can follow your package throughout Europe before it arrives. Neat and fast delivery,but that only shows the delivery company who they cooperate with. what counts for Muziker: Product great, price good, direct delivery status. Very happy

SAV à revoir. J'ai dû lutter 3 mois pour faire remplacer un ampli défectueux (320€) qui est tombé en panne et qui faisait un son de fond désagréable depuis le retour de leur SAV (2 mois ! pour qu'ils reviennent en +) Ils passent par des transporteurs qui viennent au jour et à l'heure qui leur chante, pas de dépos en relais ou à la poste c'est GLS ou rien ! Magasin basé en slovaquie donc manque d'éfficacité en matère de service client. Prix attractifs mais préférez plutôt aller chez Thomann ou Bax qui sont des valeurs sûres. J'ai néanmoins obtenu un remboursement au final. Dommage que cela ai pris autant de temps et que j'ai dû me libérer presque une semaine de temps au final avec tous les retours de ping pong avec le SAV et le Transporteur... A noter : en cas de non satisfaction le retour d'un produit est à vos frais, à compter facilement aux alentours des 30€ et + car ce n'est pas en France.

Love it it's comfy and long and also has a very good quality - thick material 🖤 I would include a picture but somehow I can't find a way - it looks totally like on the pic and has vibrant colors 10/10
