As advertised and quick delivery.

Diverse artikelen besteld via de Nederlandse site. De producten werden netjes door GLS bezorgd 4 dagen na de bestel datum. De gitaar die ik had gekocht bleek echter beschadigd, er zaten meerdere krassen en schaven op de klankkast en 2 scheuren in de hals. Via de website een klacht ingediend die binnen 1 dag via email werd opgevolgd. Nadat ik nog enige foto's van de verpakking heb doorgestuurd werd mij een vervanging of volledige restitutie aangeboden. Omdat ik de gitaar als cadeau had gekocht en de verjaardag al over 2 dagen is zou een nieuwe gitaar uit Slowakije te laat komen, dus heb ik voor restitutie gekozen, de restitutie is onmiddelijk verwerkt en was dezelfde dag zichtbaar in Klarna. De overige artikelen waren onbeschadigd.

You tried to deliver promptly and the package was dispatched in record time, thank you! BUT, the courier you use UPS FAILED big time: the driver drove off looking at me without giving me the package, delivered it to a UPS point which differed from what was in the note … to cut a long story short - it took quite a few days to find the packet! I am sorry to say that I will no longer be ordering from you if UPS is used: I have all correspondence with UPS available and lodged a formal complaint! UPS is despicable and I am not the only complainant!

A good range of products and reasonably priced. fast shipping. In my case the packaging was damaged which resulted in the loss of one small bag of guitar picks. It probably fell out due to rough handling by the courier. This issue has been dealt with adequately by Muziker though. Perhaps a little more attention to the packaging, especially when it involves small items could help to prevent such thing from happening in the future.
