I hope they get a medal or a holiday because this is exceptional customer support. We haven't tried the product yet, but it is intact and in a very safe, nice packaging - and for the second time, I have ordered with GLS. ALWAYS order with GLS, dudes. Many of my musician friends have ordered from Muziker, and all of them are satisfied and happy with their products. Highly recommend them.

The product of Midas DN4816-O was delivered quickly and all other music web shops could not deliver this product. I had also calculated a two-day delay due to UPS. You can also read that UPS cannot meet the delivery time. I think Muziker cannot change that. The product was received fine.

Hello, I finally purchased my Katana Go which I was waiting for long time to be in stocks again. Even though it shipped little bit late everything was fine. Especially good shipping prices making shopping experience better.
