I wasnt home, when the delivery guy was at my door. After that i received a message from muziker that said something like "the parcel is heading back to our warehouse, contact us if youre still interested to buy the products" . That was a bit confusing, since i had allready paid the product and i understood from the message that parcel was heading back to slovakia. But it turned out that i was able to pick up the package from the local post office. Despite that very confusing message everything else went smoothly.

The products that i orderet was the best price on the market. The delivery was quick. You can buy a lot of ad-on insurances too, but as I was confident about the product I didn't need those extras.

There are no complaints about the price and the quality.

There was some misunderstanding on my part about the where and when of delivery, but Muziker answered my questions rapidly and so I picked up my purchase at a local store. The Fender Strat replacement neck is excellent, Just some minor adjustments to the nut and switching the tuners. I'm really pleased with the result. And great value for money.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with an online music store, abroad. The items arrived in excellent condition quite rapidly and also at a very low cost of carrier expenses. I highly recommend Muziker and will definitely return for more purchases. 10/10

All other products were were good but last order 35eur. Guitar smelled like gazoline and truss rod not worked like it should. I had to video shoot the problem and send pictures but it was hard to photohoot the smell of the guitar. But I got refund from guitar but not shipping, but that pleased me. And I didnt have to send guitar back.
