Clear communication Fast delivery

I chose to buy this product from Muziker because the price was really good and I couldn't find it in Thomann, but I was a bit nervous because my package was been delivered from Czeck Republic. Nevertheless, at all times I could see through the app where my package was, so that gave me reassurance. Also, the expected delivery date matched the actual day my package was delivered. Now I have my new cymbal bag and it's amazing!

Fabulous service. Delivery was fast and i was able to communicate with the driver and office to organise the delivery.

Quick delivery for a good price

J'ai eu un peu peur en lisant les avis mais aucun problème. Livraison rapide, colis bien suivi, carton en bon état. L'emballage était un peu baroque, avec certains pots en verre protégés par du papier bulle et d'autres en vrac, mais au final pas de casse. Il y avait un autocollant "fragile" qui a été respecté par les transporteurs.

As a Belgian customer I would like to be able to select al three official Belgian languages the country uses. I myself speak two of them but nevertheless as a service provider (store) when you confine customers to a dedicated website for the EU-country they live in (so long to EU’s free transport of goods) you should respect the culture of the country you provide service to. Missing the language that is used by over 60% of the population is very poor service. When doing an effort, I selected English, the site just turns back to French after the first search. Not buying for feeling disrespected as a costumer.

Ordered 2 copies of the new SND ep. They arrived on time however, there were tears in both the inner and outer sleeve which was a shame. They sounded good though and i didn't want to go through the trouble of sending them back. But it would have been nice if they had checked before sending them and they had arrived in "one piece".

I was able to order records I cannot purchase from my local shops. Shipping was suprisingly fast.

The Muziker experience was great - easy to find stuff, easy checkout and payment. The only downside was the courier service took *forever* to deliver the parcel once Muziker had shipped it.

Fast shipping, good customer service!

My products arrived with damage due to transportation, i.e One of the boxes looked like a forklift had gone right through it. The customer service for Musiker were very helpful and guided me through the process of returning the goods and replied quickly to all of my emails. I wanted a replacement but due to a lack of stock they simply refunded my money no questions asked. I'm tempted to mark them down purely for using that transport company but I myself have had to use them many times at my work and understand it's not always easy, particularly when shipping internationally. Damage sometimes happens. All things considered I had a friendly and honest experience with Musiker and would order from them again.

Fast delivery to a very good price👍

Shipping costs are much lower than in the case of Thomann.
