Total netter Kontakt, auch wenn man hier scheinbar nur mit Google translator arbeitet. Man wird nicht ganz verstanden. Versand hat 1 Woche gedauert und das Produkt war wie erwartet perfekt. Es gab sogar ein kleines Geschenk zur Bestellung. Gerne wieder.

Good price offset by high delivery charges which aren’t identified until PayPal transaction. Beware of falling into the trap I did of just rushing through the PayPal completion without checking the total being paid which adds nearly £25 for UPS delivery (No options to change just a flat delivery charge) which isn’t included in the checkout total you see when leaving the Muziker checkout page to go to PayPal. You only get to see the delivery costs if you go through two levels of menu in the footer information. Seems to be deliberately hidden effectively due to it being completely unrepresentative of actual delivery cost and not using a more cost efficient service like Evri.

It arrived a little later than my expectation, but was extremly well packed. I am sure that Muziker made all efforts to make a good delivery and so it was. To conclude, satisfied customer

The ordering process was clear, the product delivered was the product ordered. Moreover, this little tweeter is a fine upgrade replacement of the original in the Markbass 802 combo.

The shopping experience was smooth and as expected. It took 3 days after dispatch until tracking worked (first updated when it passed Chzech republic). It arrived 8 days after dispatch to Sweden.

Fast delivery and well packaged

Ordering musical instruments at Muziker is easy and they often have competative pricing. This was my second buy there. No idea how their customer service is, though... And you get funky little presents along with your purchase, too.

Great selection of products and categories, fast and reliable delivery. I had never heard of Muziker, until I needed one rare product and googled about it, and Muziker had it. I'll be sure to check also Muziker next time I need something from their selection.
