Rose Tattoo is a legendary Australian rock and roll band formed in Sydney in 1976, currently fronted by Angry Anderson. Known for their powerful hard rock fused with blues influences, they have produced classic tracks like Bad Boy for Love, Rock 'n' Roll Outlaw, Nice Boys, We Can't Be Beaten, and Scarred for Life. Their early albums were produced by Harry Vanda and George Young, who also worked with AC DC. Despite several line-up changes and periods of disbandment, Rose Tattoo has continued to perform and release new music since their reformation in 1998. Their raw sound, highlighted by signature slide guitar, has influenced many bands and led to their songs being covered by acts such as Guns N' Roses and Nashville Pussy. In 2006, Rose Tattoo was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame, underscoring their enduring impact on Australian rock.
