Sunrise Avenue was a Finnish band founded in Helsinki in 2002. Originally known as Sunrise, they adopted the name Sunrise Avenue in 2003. Their music blends rock, pop-rock, and heartfelt ballads. The band gained international recognition with hits like Hollywood Hills, Fairytale Gone Bad, Forever Yours, and Heartbreak Century. Over their career, they released five studio albums and enjoyed strong popularity across Europe, especially in Finland, Germany, and parts of Eastern Europe.
