I bought a cable from you and it doesn't work. The product is defective. I wanted to return it and was told I had to fill out a form and send a picture of it not working. The cable looks like new and when I connect it to my computer it doesn't work. It can't be used. How do I send a photo of a defective product that is not damaged in any way? And your return procedure is so complicated and convoluted that it means only one thing to me: the customer is only welcome if they pay. Not when you break your contract with your customers. I will never buy anything from you or any of your partner companies again. Even if I have to wait months for Amazon to send it to me. I don't want to communicate with you. I don't want you to write to me. I don't want you to call me. I'm not interested in dealing with anything with your horrible store.
