Charles Bernstein, born February 28, 1943, is an American composer known for his work in film and television music. He is a Daytime Emmy Award winner and has received two Primetime Emmy nominations. Bernstein has served on the Board of Governors for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Music Branch since 1995, and has been part of the Board of Directors for both ASCAP and the Society of Composers and Lyricists.
