The shipping wasn't exactly okay, the amplifier arrived in a box that was completely torn. Fortunately, the contents didn't fall out. The device inside the original packaging didn't suffer any damage. It's a two-channel, the clean channel has a graphic equalizer and a compression circuit. I prefer knobs, so I didn't really like the equalizer. But I fell in love with it immediately. The faders are lit, blue on the clean channel, red on the distorted channel. On the distorted channel, you can tweak the sound to your liking. I'm not a big experimenter, I'm quite happy with the +/- 12 hour setting + use of the aforementioned equalizer. According to the manufacturer, the device doesn't need to have any load connected. So far, I've only used headphones. An interesting feature (apparently of my piece) is that in headphones, the right channel "growls" more than the left channel on the distorted channel, but the reproduced sound remains balanced. The amplifier has other functions that I don't know if I'll use. I was wondering if it was worth the money. The manufacturer is trying to provide a certain exclusivity with this model. But I don't think so when they include a manual for the Microtubes in the box and a power cord that for some reason can't be plugged into the socket on the device. This is a nice, well-designed piece that plays according to my expectations. So overall I'm satisfied.
