Paul Roger Elstak, born in The Hague in 1966, is a prominent Dutch DJ and producer known for his influential role in the hardcore, gabber, and happy hardcore music scenes. Of Surinamese descent, he initially used his full name for happy hardcore releases and the name DJ Paul for hardcore gabber tracks. Since founding Offensive Records in 2001, he has released gabber music under both names.
