Doug MacLeod is an acclaimed American blues musician known for his storytelling songs inspired by his own life. A master of acoustic guitar, he is also skilled in electric styles and is respected as both a songwriter and magazine columnist. MacLeod has toured internationally and earned multiple Blues Music Awards, including for Acoustic Album of the Year in 2024 and Acoustic Artist of the Year in 2023. His work has also received nominations for the 2025 Blues Music Awards. He was formerly the voice of the Blues Showcase on Continental Airlines.
