E-Drum Monitoring
Amplification for electronic drums carry the module sound aloud during rehearsal, home playing without headphones or a smaller gig. A normal guitar amp may not handle the wide range from kick to cymbals, so a system with fuller frequency response is more suitable. When choosing, follow power, inputs, portability and whether you need monitoring for yourself or sound for the audience.
Home playing, rehearsal room and stage
For home practice, a good monitor or headphones for drummers is often enough. In a rehearsal room, volume and a readable kick are important so the electronic kit keeps up with guitars and bass. On stage, also consider the module outputs, sending signal to the mixer and stable volume during the performance.
