Fuzz effects pedal for electric guitar that represents Earthquaker Devices's take on the elusive vintage JAX fuzz effects. These units are increasingly hard to come by, and are better known by most of players as the Shin-Ei Companion Fuzz with unique buzzy sound. This model features Volume, Voice, Treble and Fuzz controls. The "Voice" control adjusts the pedal's midrange focus and overall frequency response, while the "Treble" knob controls the top end. The pedal is true-bypass, uses archaic all-analogue circuitry, and can be powered by a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative centre barrel. Dimensions: 117.5 x 63.5 x 57.2 mm.
