Gucci Mane, born Radric Delantic Davis on February 12, 1980, is an American rapper widely recognized for bringing trap music into the mainstream alongside fellow Atlanta artists T I and Jeezy. He emerged in the mid 2000s with his debut album Trap House, followed by Hard to Kill and Back to the Trap House. His breakthrough came with The State vs Radric Davis in 2009, featuring the hit single Lemonade.
