Imarhan is a Tuareg desert rock band from Tamanrasset, Algeria, formed in 2006. Blending traditional rhythms with modern rock influences, the group has brought the sounds of the Sahara to international audiences. Their first two albums, Imarhan and Temet, were released on the German label City Slang.
