Ivan Král was a Czech-born American musician and composer known for his work across a wide range of genres, including rock, punk, pop, jazz, and film scores. He collaborated with and wrote songs for artists such as Patti Smith, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, and U2. Throughout his career, he was recognized with multiple Anděl Awards. He passed away in 2020 at the age of 71.
