La Roux is an English synth-pop project originally formed in 2008 by singer Elly Jackson and producer Ben Langmaid. Their self-titled debut album gained widespread acclaim, winning a Grammy Award and featuring hits like In for the Kill and Bulletproof. Following creative differences, Langmaid left in 2012, and Jackson continued as La Roux, releasing Trouble in Paradise in 2014 and the independently produced Supervision in 2020.
