I've owned this head for some time. When I bought it, I also looked for a lot of reviews and opinions, so maybe I can help someone. I play it with a Les Paul and an Orange ppc 212 box. I mostly play punk rock hardcore. The head has enough gain, I have it on half and it's more than enough, you can add it to the Lead 2 channels. The device has a great response from the guitar. It has a beautiful sound, both distorted and clean. In the rehearsal room, I have the volume at half and I can hear both me and the band well. Any sound can be dialed in.
