Nazareth is a Scottish hard rock band formed in Dunfermline in 1968. Gaining major success in the early 1970s, they became known for hit singles and albums across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Their international breakthrough came with the 1975 album Hair of the Dog, which included well-known tracks like Hair of the Dog and a popular cover of Love Hurts. Nazareth has remained active for over five decades, continuing to record and tour worldwide.
