The semi-automatic MIDI knitting mill is ideal for creating knitted tubes. Circular knitting is performed with 20 hooks. Turning the handle counter-clockwise produces a tube that is 6 cm in diameter and up to 20 cm in circumference. Flat knitting is performed by alternating between forward and backward turns. Robust thread guidance and a tensioning device consistently ensure the perfect wool thread tension and therefore guarantee an even stitch pattern. Even beginners can knit socks, cuffs, or wristbands with great enthusiasm with the MIDI knitting mill. Colours can also be effortlessly changed by easily knotting the new wool. All yarns with needle thicknesses 2-6 can be easily used, except extreme effect yarns. 100 grams of wool with a running length of 420 m are knitted at an extraordinary speed after just 15 minutes.
