Smooth experience

I'm very happy with the order, however, there was one drawback - the delivery time. I ordered the instrument on December 2nd. The estimated delivery date on the website was December 8th, but the instrument arrived on December 19th. I had a concert on December 18th, and I had to rent a different instrument. Please give a realistic delivery date. Mery christmas!!!

It took 12 days to give the item to UPS, that is much too long. If you improve that you will rated with 5 stars

Everything went like promised. Shipping took short time.

Good stuff.

The delivery is very fast but some prices are ridiculously high, like on other websites a vinyl record is max 40€, but on muziker its 70€ and sometimes it keeps rising. Otherwise its a good website.
