RÜFÜS DU SOL is an Australian alternative dance group from Sydney, made up of Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George, and James Hunt. Formed in 2010, the band originally performed as RÜFÜS before adopting the name RÜFÜS DU SOL worldwide in 2018. Their debut album, Atlas, reached number one in Australia in 2013, and each of their following albums has also topped the charts or reached the top two. Their track You Were Right won an ARIA Award for Best Dance Release in 2015. Known for their dynamic live shows, RÜFÜS DU SOL has sold out major stadiums, won a Grammy Award in 2022 for Alive, and headlined prominent festivals across the globe.
