The Schaller Saddles set of 6 radius 12 Chrome is a factory-spec replacement kit for the LockMeister 6 and Schaller Tremolo double-locking systems. Each of the six saddles is CNC-machined from one-piece hardened steel and pre-shaped to a 12″ (305 mm) radius that matches the most common modern fingerboard curvature. The set covers the full string spread — E, A, D, g, h(b) and e — so a complete refit can be done without mixing parts from different sources.

What sets this saddle kit apart

Designed by Schaller's R&D department in 2023, every saddle sits directly on the base plate without shims, enlarging the contact surface for better energy transfer. The hardened one-piece steel body holds intonation under heavy tremolo use and supports the long sustain the original tremolo is known for.

Geometry and fit

The selected radius determines saddle heights from the factory, so installation is a swap rather than a setup job. The 12″ option suits the majority of contemporary 6-string electrics fitted with a Schaller-style double-locking tremolo.
