Playing melodies without lifting a finger is exactly what the Suzuki Magic Whistle MW-01G makes possible. This tongue-controlled whistle-type instrument fits in the mouth and produces pitch-varied tones through tongue movement — spanning up to two octaves — in the green colour variant.

Playing Technique

Insert the instrument into the mouth up to the lip stopper, seal the mouthpiece with the tongue to create a closed cavity, and blow. Moving the tongue forward and backward changes the pitch across a range of approximately one to two octaves, with some variation between players. The Magic Whistle also works as a sound effect instrument played alongside guitar and other instruments.

Washable ABS Construction

Made from ABS resin, the MW-01G measures 62×43×23 mm and weighs just 9 g. It can be washed with water after use and wiped dry with a soft cloth. An integrated strap ring allows a lanyard or neck cord to be attached for easy carrying.
