Tenor ukulele gig bags are padded bags and protective covers for the ukulele that is one size up from concert. Most of them have padding 5 to 15 mm thick and an outer pocket for sheet music, a tuner or strings. You carry them by the handle, over your shoulder or on your back. How long does a tenor ukulele gig bag need to be?

A tenor ukulele is longer than a concert ukulele, so it usually won't fit into a bag made for the concert size. The CNB UB680/70 is designed for tenor ukuleles no longer than 70 cm, and the Ibanez IUBT541-BK has outer dimensions of 725 × 260 × 90 mm. What should you look for when choosing a tenor ukulele gig bag?
