Widely recognized for their signature black-and-white tuxedos and high-energy live shows, The Hives have built a reputation as one of the most exciting live acts in modern rock. Their core lineup remained unchanged for two decades until 2013, when longtime bassist Dr. Matt Destruction was replaced by The Johan and Only. The band’s major albums include Veni Vidi Vicious, featuring their hit single Hate to Say I Told You So, as well as Tyrannosaurus Hives, The Black and White Album, Lex Hives, and The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons.
