Tom Pads

Tom pads are used for fills, transitions and expanding the range of an electronic kit. Choose them by diameter, surface, sensitivity and mounting on a rack or stand. When adding to an existing setup, the key point is whether the module supports the pad type and has a free input.

Size and playing feel

A larger pad gives more room to play and feels closer to the layout of acoustic drums. Mesh surfaces are more comfortable for longer practice, while rubber pads are easy to maintain and durable. For more natural fills, match the size and height of tom pads with the rest of the kit.
