A really nice surprise. The viola is nicely and cleanly made. No flaws in the varnish or woodwork. Decent sound. The bow is of better average quality, but for that price you can't expect anything else. However, it can be played quite well. I have to rate it 5 stars, because you definitely won't find ANYTHING better for that price. It's a well-usable student viola.
