The Waldorf Streichfett Plugin revives the legendary Streichfett hardware string machine as a DAW plugin, offering fat, affordable sounds in VST3/VST2/AU/AAX formats, with a scalable UI for seamless workflow on any screen.

It features a 128-voice fully polyphonic Strings section with continuous morphing between Violin, Viola, Cello, Brass, Organ, Choir registrations, Animate Effect for modulation, and Ensemble Effect for depth. The 8-voice polyphonic Solo section includes layer/split modes, morphing Bass, E-Piano, Clavi, Synth, Pluto tones, and Tremolo. Additional effects comprise Phaser and Reverb, with support for poly/channel aftertouch, sustain pedal, modulation wheel, velocity-sensitive or fixed velocity, tuning/transpose, and 16 programmable presets.

Recreating 70s/80s string machine classics, it delivers rich pads and percussive sounds unlike any other instrument, ideal for rock, pop, and movie scores.
