Wiim Amp Ultra Silver Hi-Fi Network Player

Flagship Streaming Amplifier for Passive Speakers

The WiiM Amp Ultra Silver is a streaming integrated amplifier that gives any pair of passive loudspeakers a complete modern source list without a rack of separate components. Dual TI TPA3255 Class-D chips, an ESS 9039Q2M SABRE DAC and TI OPA1612 op-amps deliver 100W per channel into 8Ω and 200W per channel into 4Ω from inside the unibody aluminium chassis, while HDMI ARC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3 and Ethernet cover every streaming path. This model is the right choice for listeners who want to keep their favourite speakers and add lossless streaming, room correction and TV sound in one box.

What Sets This Streaming Amp Apart

Post-Filter Feedback (PFFB) technology compensates for speaker-load-dependent power fluctuations, keeping the frequency response stable across passive speakers from 2Ω to 8Ω. The 3.5-inch colour touchscreen shows album art, switches inputs and outputs, and offers a Quick EQ view without reaching for a phone. A copper heat pipe and large aluminium heatsink inside the unibody case keep the unit cool and silent.

Power, DAC and Connectivity — The Numbers Behind the Sound

Every spec is engineered to give passive speakers more headroom, lower noise and bit-perfect signal integrity from source to speaker terminal.

• Power Output: 100W per channel @ 8Ω, 200W per channel @ 4Ω — drives everything from bookshelf monitors to demanding floor-standing towers.
• Signal-to-Noise Ratio: 121 dB — a near-silent noise floor that lets micro-detail and quiet passages come through cleanly.
• Frequency Response: 20 Hz – 20 kHz — full-range coverage that captures deep bass extension and airy treble.
• DAC: ESS 9039Q2M SABRE — bit-perfect playback up to 192 kHz/24-bit across all digital inputs.
• Wireless: Wi-Fi 6 (tri-band), Bluetooth 5.3, 10/100M Ethernet — modern connectivity for stable streaming and multi-room grouping.

Who Should Choose This Streaming Amplifier

The WiiM Amp Ultra is the right pick for hi-fi enthusiasts who already own passive loudspeakers they love and want streaming, TV audio and room correction without a stack of separate boxes. It suits listeners who want one device to handle Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Chromecast, Alexa Cast, DLNA, Roon Ready and Internet Radio. Vinyl owners can plug a turntable into the line input, TV viewers can route HDMI ARC for movie and game sound, and multi-room users can group compatible WiiM devices for whole-home playback. There is no dedicated headphone output on this model.
