Very happy with my purchase. I bought two LP records and even though there are very fragile, they were very well packed for international shipping. They arrived in perfect brand-new condition and sound great.

Servizio ottimo, in poco più di una settimana mi hanno spedito ciò che avevo chiesto. Tutto perfettamente nuovo e ben imballato... Molto soddisfatto e felice della scelta!

Spaventato dalle numerose recensioni negative, mi ero quasi pentito di aver acquistato da Muziker, invece la mia esperienza è stata eccellente: imballo perfetto, spedizione veloce, oggetto impeccabile e prezzo imbattibile. Nemmeno il noto colosso tedesco pratica un prezzo così basso! Oggetto arrivato una settimana PRIMA del previsto.

acquisto buono. la merce corrisponde a quanto descritto. spedizione abbastanza veloce. per quanto mi riguarda va bene. Sono scarsi per quanto riguarda il customer care, dettagli ordini, il nr di telefono in Italia risulta inesistente. Devono mettere a punto solamente il customer care e i recapiti. Inoltre sul io profilo non risultava l'acquisto fatto. C'è del lavoro da fare ma la merce comprata è perfetta e i tempi di consegna sono stati buoni.

Ravie de mon achat sur Muziker. J'ai commandé une série de golf Callaway en gaucher. Commande expédiée rapidement, nombreux emails de suivi de Muziker et de DPD pour m'informer de l'avancée du colis. Réception en 1 semaine d'une commande complète et conforme.

J'ai effectué une réclamation sur une alimentation guitare, j'ai eu réponses à mes questions par un interlocuteur très professionnel. Réclamation aboutie et transaction terminée par un changement sur une autre marque que le site m'avait réservé.Ils proposait aussi le remboursement. Merci.

I ordered a deeper pro + and received exactly what was advertised, arrived within the expected delivery date to Ireland (10 business days) very happy with muziker and would have no problem with ordering other products in the future..

Acquistato cuffia il 26 marzo 2021, arrivo previsto il 6 di aprile e invece il 31 marzo mi è stata consegnata con imballo perfetto e tracciabilita da Trieste dopo 2 giorni . Tutto perfetto. Grazie

All-round excellent service. I bought a Bugera BV1001T Veyron bass amp head. Great little amp and v. swift delivery. Some months later I thought I had an issue with the amp and returned it. However, the issue was elsewhere in the signal chain and of my own making. Throughout all this the Muziker staff were v. supportive - Lea and the tech people deserve a mention. Great service and v. customer focused. Nice one ... ;)

Came on here to write a review and couldn't believe all of the negative comments about Musiker. I ordered about 5 items, one of which was out of stock (I knew that when I ordered). The in stock items arrived in a timely manner with no issues or defects. I had regular updates from Musiker on the out of stock item which I ended up cancelling at their suggestion as they confirmed no guarantee that they could get the item back into stock from the supplier. I was reimbursed in a timely manner with awesome communication from Musiker (which they constantly initiated via email) throughout the whole exchange. No issues with these guys whatsoever...

Nulla da dire, sono pienamente soddisfatta. Servizio Clienti rapido ed efficiente, buon assortimento, prezzi convenienti e spedizioni molto veloci (il mio ordine è arrivato in soli tre giorni dalla data di invio). Consigliatissimo.

I got my package after 16 days, I was told the delay was due to Brexit Pros : Good price, speedy and friendly replies to emails I deducted 2 stars for the following reasons. 1. The box was torn badly, this must have happened in-store as the external packing was quite robust and it couldn't have got torn through the external packaging. 2. What I consider False Advertising. I thought I was buying from an Irish company as it had .ie in the URL and it had an "Irish" phone number which was actually a VOIP. They are based in the Czech Republic, so now if I have a problem with the product I'm screwed as I can't get it back to the retailer easily. 3. The price of the product was good, but the delivery charge of €15 killed any value and it wasn't worth €15 to wait 16 days for delivery.

Ik ben enorm tevreden. Mijn bestelling werd binnen een week geleverd. Mijn LP is in een goede staat, dus ik heb er niets op aan te merken. I am completely satisfied. My order came within one week of ordering. The LP came in a good condition, so I have nothing to complain.

Het item dat ik besteld had, werd op tijd en in goede conditie bezorgd. Maar het beviel niet en dus heb ik het teruggestuurd. Dat verliep allemaal prima. Maar lees goed de voorwaarden bij dit bedrijf. Ik dacht door een account aan te maken dat ik binnen 30 dagen (in plaats van 14 dagen) terug kon sturen en dan mijn geld terug zou krijgen. Maar dit was niet zo. Je krijgt alleen geld terug als je binnen 14 dagen terugstuurt. Anders krijg je een voucher. De termijn van 30 dagen slaat alleen op het zonder opgave van reden mogen sturen. Natuurlijk staat dit allemaal in de voorwaarden maar je moet ze wel goed lezen. Het voucher (in mijn geval voor ruim €280) moet je in een keer opmaken! hier kwam ik ook pas achter toen ik dacht wat spullen te bestellen en met de voucher te betalen. Ik vind het best lastig om op zo'n site gelijk voor zoveel geld te bestellen. Ook dit stond uiteraard in kleine lettertjes te lezen op de voucher, maar het was mij niet op gevallen. Dus de levering van het product was prima maar let op als je iets terug wilt sturen.

Based on some of the reviews that I read across a number of platforms I have to admit that I was a bit nervous ordering. But the sewing machine I ordered was great value so I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be more happy. As soon as the item was in stock (and I was aware it was due in stock in a few days time when I purchased) it was shipped to me. It took a few weeks to be delivered but that is a function of deliveries from Europe at the moment. They even threw in a free gift of a t-shirt. I did email them at one point to ask a question and I had a reply in less than an hour. I would definitely use them again and given that its more typical for dissatisfied customers to post reviews I felt that they deserved to hear from what I imagine is one of the many happy customers.

Bought an excellent bass guitar from them, very good value. Arrived perfect. I will use MUZIKER again, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Après beaucoup de crainte par apport aux avis sur le transport et l'emballage de Muziker.fr j'ai pris le risque j'ai acheté une guitare de valeur et un transport d'un trajet de 1700km transport GLS guitare reçu en parfait état bien emballé et livré le jour prévu le livreur est même resté 5mn avec moi pour voir si il n'y avait pas de casse parfait je recommande bien Musiker.fr pour leur sérieux et le prix d'achat et leur transporteur GLS comme quoi les avis...et les forums...
