Ordered some Ybells from Muziker and like others was a little worried when looking at the some of the feedback but have to say everything went without any issue at all, in addition i ordered from them a second time as i was so happy with the communications and delivery. As others have posted there were no import charges at all, i would be happy to deal with them again

Jeg bestilte et sæt højtaler enheder mandag den 15. februar 2021. Jeg har lige modtaget dem i dag den 19. februar 2021. Jeg kunne følge pakken hele vejen fra Muziker via det tracking nummer de sendte til mig. Jeg er meget imponeret over både prisen, effektiviteten og logistikken. På trods af COVID 19 restriktioner, så leverer Muziker varerne mega hurtigt. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.

I was a bit worried placing an order given some of the negative reviews for Muziker on this site. They had in stock some bike parts I couldn't find elsewhere and it wasn't too much money involved so I gave it a go. Their website said that all VAT & import duties (they are based in Slovakia) were included so I was interested to see if the courier would add any handling charges etc. Everything with the order went smoothly - I got notifications of order, despatch and a tracking code for their local courier Packeta. The items took 10 days to arrive, which was fine, and they were all pukka, brand new, well packed and I didn't have to pay anything this end. Prices were competitive too. So, all good. Definitely NOT a scam company. Professional service.

Io ho comprato una scheda audio RME di poco piu di 2000 eur, dopo ho letto le recinzioni e sono andato in paranoia per il fato che loro spediscono con un loro corriere e il track non risulta fin che non entra in italia ( non ero abituato a spedizione simile, sembrava una truffa), ho fatto pure una segnalazione a paypal, beh! devo dire che loro mi hanno sempre risposto le mie mail con gentilezza, ma a me non bastava , si che ho chiamato, parlato con Daniele il addetto alle vendite su Italia, e devo dire che e stato molto gentile e si e' impegnato nel seguire la mia spedizione visto che aveva subito un ritardo.(neve e giaccio ovunque). la mia valutazione e': con loro risparmiate nel acquisto in certe articoli, io ho risparmiato 70 eur su qualsiasi rivenditore europeo , niente da dire, ma dovete avere un po di pazienza , la merce ci mete 8-10 giorni dalla spedizione, penso che per fare i prezzi cosi bassi manderano le spedizione ragruppatti in camion e poi spedite nuovamente dalla frontiera italiana.. se non volete avere mai dei problemi, allora pagate con paypal che vi copre, il camion potrebbe avere un incidente e la vostra merce distrutta? può capitare, allora anche voi prendete qualche copertura in piu' o pagate la assicurazione sul oggetto se ha un certo valore....comunque sono sodisfato e mi sono fatto paranoie inutile per leggere molte recinzioni negative......Saluti Marcelo

Ayant commandé du matériel de golf j ai été impressionné par le suivi de ma commande , ce matériel venant de Slovénie j avais quelques craintes quant à l acheminent du colis, mais zéro soucis A recommander

Ho comprato la macchina da cucire Pfaff perché il prezzo su Muziker era assolutamente imbattibile. Consegna avvenuta in anticipo, macchina perfettamente funzionante. Consiglio a tutti di acquistare su questo e-shop slovacco.

ottima gestione della transazione anche nel momento in cui ci sono stati degli intoppi. Davvero soddisfatto, bravi!

J’ai commandé des raquettes a neige sur ce site a un prix tres competitif (je les cherchais en France mais les principaux sites étaient en rupture). Grande surprise de decouvrir un super service avec une livraison en 5 j ouvrés en provenance de bratislava. Felicitation a ce site: le nom MUZIKER et l’historique de la société (instruments de musique) cache en fait un site trés riche en produits trés variés et un service trés performant , BRAVO

I was very weary ordering from Muziker after reading the reviews but my daughter was looking for a specific guitar & as she’s LH we could only find it on Muziker. Have to say I had a very pleasant experience. There was a slight issue with the courier because of Brexit & shipping to Ireland so guitar was returned to Muziker but that was quickly rectified & we still received the guitar earlier than expected. It was very well packaged also. I will definitely order from Muziker again

Ordinato chitarra pagata a un prezzo più basso rispetto la concorrenza e ricevuta nei tempi previsti e in perfetto stato, con doppio imballaggio. Non conoscevo questo negozio, ma alla luce dell'ottimo risultato tornerò sicuramente!

J'ai commandé l'ampli Magnat MC 200 le 28 Décembre 2020 et la livraison était prévue le 5 Janvier 2021. Le colis sera finalement livré le 6 Janvier 2021, le produit envoyé correspond bien à ma commande. L'ampli Magnat MC 200 fonctionne parfaitement. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles car il y a eu un jour de retard pour la livraison. En général je suis satisfait de mon achat chez Muziker. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe Muziker

Imballo perfetto, tracciabilità con GLS da Trieste in poi nelle ultime 72 ore di consegna. Casse acustiche Magnat Tempus 33, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I ordered a band hoodie sweater that i couldnt find anywhere else at my size, and cheaper than on any other website. The expected delivery time was 10 days (from Slovakia to Estonia), i got it in 9, despite the corona situation and christmas time. I chose their GLS delivery option, and could track the parcel. The sweater was brand new and properly packed, as expected. I was a bit concerned when i read so many bad reviews about Muziker's services, but everything went well for me!

Less than two weeks way from the busy of Christmas 2020, I purchased from Muziker an expensive High-Resolution Digital Audio Player at an amazing discount of 20% off the UK RRP, bundled with a free gift of a pair of studio quality headphones. It certainly was a bargain, however I was nervous about whether my purchase would arrive to me in a good condition, in a timely fashion & with the correct items, as a result of looking at the huge number of negative reviews of this firm on TrustPilot. I'm please to report that the Items were dispatched to DPD courier service less than 48 hours after my purchase was made, & arrived together in perfect condition all the way from Slovakia within one week. The parcel was tracked all of the way & communication from Muziker was more than adequate. Please remember that for vendors which provide excellent service 99% of the time will still attract lots of negative reviews as by definition those like me who are satisfied are much less inclined to give a review to warn others off

Quick delivery, item as per description. I was expecting a bad service due to all bad reviews, totally wrong! Great service. 👍

My most recent purchase from them was an acoustic guitar. The guitar itself is absolutely wonderful, sounds great and looks beautiful. However, it came with some of the fret wires slightly tarnished straight out of the box, even though the packaging seemed untouched so most likely it was due to manufacturer's quality control. I didn't really want to return it for such a small defect, but I did contact Muziker and they agreed to send me a fret cleaning kit to remedy the problem. That was very nice of them and I would definitely buy products from their website again!

I made a order throughout their website bought acoustic guitar, stand and strap and I’am amazed by the product thanks Muziker well done...happy end...👌👍delivered on time and also great products brand new.
