The price was great and product was quality as described. Shipping was not great - Muziker sent it out several days later than promised, causing me to receive the order a week later than planned.

The item had QC issues, so I had to return it. The interaction with customer service was the best part of an otherwise stressful situation. The response time was instant and all CS specialists were friendly and helpful, which made the process smooth. Because of that, I have no complaints even though the item was faulty. After checking other online shops, I found that QC issues were common across other items from the same manufacturer, so this was not Muziker's fault.

Goede kwaliteit, goede prijs, snelle levering

The bassguitar that I purchased has some small issues which could have been prevented before shipping. Not that I am not happy with the instrument but it’s a bit irritating that I have to go to a luthier to fix the issues before having fun.

Prices are good but the delivery is quite expensive.
